Had a great experience with Kathy! After having a brief telephone conversation with her, she quickly provided a list of several apartment properties that met our needs. Kathy is a great help in finding your future home. She gets your thoughts ,wants, and needs together with you, and  provides you with a list of options in a very quick turnaround time. She always answers your calls or gets back to you very quickly, and helps you handle any issues you may encounter on your journey to find your new home. I signed a lease with my future home within 48 hours of talking with Kathy, and I did have an issue with the lease agreement, and she reached out to the property manager and got clarification of the issue and a resolution that saved me money in the end. Kathy not only provides excellent service but she obviously cares about helping people find the apartment that fits their needs and circumstances. She goes way beyond the norm. She doesn’t just provide a list of apartments in the client’s parameters but actually advocates for her clients. She actually seems to care about people and their search for an apartment home. I HIGHLY recommend her!
